I dont know about this method of site traffic, but i would think your site would have to be a .com and have no hyphens or commas, and be a common term like raindrop.com or photoshop.com instead of rain-drop.net and photo-shop.info. Sending IM

I doubt they would do all that well as far as SEO over time once switched to parked pages.

You could try something like whypark.com where they are basically parked pages but you can customize the content and such. Kind of a mix between mini site and parking lol.

Why would you want to park over a site that has decent SEO though?

I don't want to run these sites and they are very hard to obtain advertisers on.

with a parked page it would be great as i can make the traffic high CTR.

atm these min sites are running no ads and are loosing revenue but have traffic.

There are ton of parking companies out there. Try Googling and you should find some.
