I think your site looks really good kim, I like the way your ads blend into the layout of your page, I noticed you had more than 3 google ads on your page, you are aware of that right? just lookin out for ya ;-)

She has 3 Text/Image ads and 2 Link units which you are allowed to have... 3 of each to be specific.

I like the colors used, but I think is too much of everything, too loaded :(

The top updates bit (for me) is far far right, and makes the bottom scrollbar appear- which is really annoying to me. lol

Also- Why is your navigation to the right? Do you want your visitors to see your content... or click away to some other losers site? Whenever I visit a site I look to the left for the navigation, and everyone's trained to look to the left because it's the normal place for it, but thats your prerogative.

Apart from that, it's cool :)

i don't get the scrollbar in IE or FF so I don't know how to fix it without seeing it.

I've always had my navigation on the right. I know the left is most commonly used. I might switch it.

Smurfwicked, yea I'm allowed to use that many. The thing about Adsense is when you try to use more than allowed, one disappears lol.

I was going for a darker layout with nice colors and since I like blue and purple, I used those. I know they are bright but I like bright lol

I think the layout looks rather great, nice blend of colours, I really like it, the CSS is great too!

Don't like the background - does it really need to say your site URL? That's what the header is for.

The text in your update box is out of place.

Also, I see you're using Cutenews.
DON'T.
There's an exploit in it, which makes it easy for hackers to get your Cutenews password. Since all your content is managed by Cutenews, they could delete ALL of it. ;)

And there seems to be ads every where on your site. :eek: Maybe you're not going over the adsense limit, but from my point of view all I see is ads, ads and more ads.. You could move them around a bit. I would move the one in the left menu to the bottom of the left menu, since you have 2 at the top of your content space.
