Sorry to hear that. It has never happened to me but the chance of getting your domain back is extremely small. Godaddy will probably say that it was your responsibility to keep your account information safe. You could try taking legal action if the domain was worth a lot of money.. hope it works out for you.
Edit: the domain still belongs to you according to the whois, your index just got hacked :)
You can probably fix that by requesting the hosting password if they hacked into your hosting account.

Are you sure the content wasn't just moved to another part of your hosting account?
Alternatively, your host might have backups of stuff.. (maybe not so likely..)
Or you can try to re-download some of your pages from Google cache.

hmmm, I know nothing about reporting someone, someone else will have to help you there... But if I were you, I'd make sure my new set of passwords are really strong.. Use uppercase and lowercase letters, as well as a few numbers and some signs such as % or > , that kind of thing.

The contact info is obviously fake:
Glitters, Rawr rawrglitters@pookmail.com
Gitter St 412
Dinotown, California 92834
United States
3234224124
He could lose the domain on those grounds alone.

This might be helpful:

Keep contacting GoDaddy, receipts would also probably be helpful.

Viruses hide in lots of things, more often than not keygens/patches. You can even encode one in a JPEG or an MP3 x.x
Anyway, dont scan with AVG or NAV or anything.. Try kaspersky or online trend micro scan :/
