I have found that there are many sites like FreeWebLayouts that have great content. Everyone has raved about their layouts. However it is very difficult to use their site and even harder to find what you're looking for. Even more, first impressions of that site are probably not very good.
We also have sites like MyHotComments/HotFreeLayouts that are easy to navigate, but the quality of content is not as good.
In your opinion, which do you think visitors prefer: Ease of use or quality of content?
Ofcourse those of you who design graphics as a side gig will say quality of content, but let's try to be honest and objective.

As for my personal opinion, I think ease of use is best.
First of impressions are most important and people will often assume your site's content is crap if the design of your site is crap.

Yeah, the quality on some sites vary, I think its mainly like... If the users think the content is quality enough then they'll search high and low to find the goods... If the content is straight up garbage then it won't matter how easy it is to use.

Which begs the question, how picky are MOST users in terms of quality of content?
I know many are "Art Queens" wanting some uber high quality chic layout, but I think MOST users just want to find something quick that expresses themself.
I think quality of content is overdone. Most people just want to tell their friends "hi" or "love ya", they're not wanting to make it some art contest.

Ease of Use
Most people just want a quick copy and paste. That being said, I still can't bring myself to stuff my site with as much low quality content as I can get my hands on.

ease of use... I've seen some gawd awful graphics being used, so that obviously doesn't mean as much as we think it does.
