Dual monitors crashed my PC?

I just got another Samsung 2220wm 22 inch and hooked it up to my PC. As soon as I plugged it in the PC froze. I shut it down then tried turning it back on but it doesnt turn back on. Just goes to the black screen with the flashing white underscore.

Ive just unplugged the second monitor and have it hooked up to just the single monitor. Same error. My graphics card is a NVIDIA GeForce 8600GT and has the dual ports for a dual monitor setup.

Ive been trouble shooting the PC for the last 4 hours with no luck. Searched google with no luck.

Anyone have any kind of idea what it could be?

Cant delete this thread, but I fixed the issue. After switching out graphics cards, ram, psus, etc. it just happened to start booting back up again. Something might have fell loose when I plugged the monitor in or it could be just another joy of windows vista. :sorcerer:
