CPM Companies Revisited

A) Apart from these CPM advertising companies, does anyone use any other companies which pay on time, good rates, etc?

B) Any company for non-US traffic like traffic from Phillipines, Malaysia, etc?

What I am looking for are existing CPM companies which are good and accept myspace sites.

i use interclick, and adbrite is basically cpm too. both pay on time and pay good. adbrite pays almost the same as adsense for me. maybe $500.00 more in favour of google each month. im not sure about international traffic, but pretty sure they pay squat for foreign traffic :D
