Hello,

I applied for an adsense account 2-3 weeks ago. Unfortunately, I have not received any email notification from them regarding the status, and when I tried to log in I see this message:

Account Not Active
An AdSense account does not exist for this login, as your application is currently in review. Within a week of your application date, we'll review your application and follow-up with you via email. Once you are approved to join AdSense, you'll be able to log in to your account and get started.

I was expecting to wait for one week to know the status. Do you guys know how long you need to wait for their feedback? And is there a way to follow up your status? Could not find any contact info on the site, no contact form, phone no. or anything...:? :? need help...

Has your account been suspended before?

It's a new account. There was one time that I applied for the same company, same URL but different email address. The application was rejected, but I don't know why it was rejected. Anyway, I tried to apply again after 3 months bec. I made some changes with the site. I used a new email address, but this time I did not receive any email confirmation regarding the status. And when I tried to log in, I noticed in the URL that it contains the word 'unchecked'.

Is there a way to reach them? Could not find their email on their site...and no customer support as well.

I guess they have not checked the site, bec. if they will reject the application, they should be sending an email like last time, right? Anyway, I don't know how to reach them as I could not find any contact email / phone no.

I would send them an email asking whats up, I think mine took about 3 days. Its been a while so I really cant remember, but It was within a week I know that for sure.

Do you already have some content on your site?

I tried to get an adsense account and I only had my index page with "coming soon" in the title tags and they said I couldnt get an account until I have more content.

I don't have any previous bad record with google as it's a new account. I don't have any other accounts with google aside from account wherein the application was rejected right from the start. But I guess, you should be able to reapply again, right?

I actually was surprised why it was rejected last time, bec. I don't have any copyrighted material on the site, the site has a privacy policy and TOS drafted by a lawyer, no adult / sexy content as well. I guess at that time, the site was just a few days old...so maybe they rejected the application bec. of that...

The thing I've noticed with google is they approve really really fast but if they want to deny you it takes weeks to get a denied e-mail

thanks for the info, bro. might be bec. of that....anyway, I'll try to wait for 2 weeks more...I actually applied on Feb 5, so it's almost one month. If I don't hear from them for the next 2-3 weeks, guess I should just reapply again.
