question re. banned

If they have a red word saying "Banned" under their user pic does that mean they are banned cause some people and writing banned under their names and stuff themselves so we have no idea who is actually banned and who put it up as a joke :P

if its in bold red or black under their username, its really a ban. if they have it next to their avatar on the right, its them putting it up. they really shouldn't be doing that with their name. :surrender:

jordan's probably has a black bolded one, which is a temp ban

red bolded is a perm ban.
