Energy Drinks

:s Yooooo who here drinks energy drinks and if so then which brand is your fav?? Mine is sparks all the way! I want to make graphics with a sparks can or something in it, am I allowed to do this or do I need their permission? Is it cool to put brand names and images into say glitter graphics?

i drink energy drinks. I've pretty much been dead since i've been too lazy to go to the store and buy more.
I drink Red Bull. I've tried others and didn't really like them, so red bull all the way.

Its cool to have glitter graphics with brand names. Especially energy drinks i know some people who would use those, hell i would.

Sometimes I have a couple redbull and vodkas when I go out, that's about the only way I can stand to drink the stuff.

As for permission, I don't know if you have to worry about that...having layouts with celebrities/cars/sports vs. energy drink glitters is the same thing really. If they were to ever find your site, you'd just get a cease and desist before anything serious happened.

I'm a Red Bull fan myself but only as Helios said when its part of a mixed drink. I also love Rockstar mixed with hypno, so good its like theres no liquer what so ever but there is!

Jager has the most ridiculously random logo in existence...which makes it kinda awesome. Well, I guess it's suppose to be the story about that hubert (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saint_Hubert) dude...but still....you can't lose with a giant stag on your label.

Use em all you want!! That's my take on it anyway, that is generally the marketing campaign of most energy drinks, get people drinking them, talking about them, posting about them, obsessing about them.... I bet you could even go as far as having a graphic that said "Red Bull sucks ***" and the company would still love you for it. There would be enough people that would flame you and just flip out (then go buy a red bull) that it would still be a positive for the company. (wouldn't do that personally), but you get my point.

I read an awesome story about Rockstar in Inc. magazine one time, very cool story about an underdog taking on the big boys (aka Red Bull). A lot of it was him talking about how he got people generating buzz and spreading the word on the product, and his strategy behind being located in Las Vegas and starting out there.


As for my favorites to drink, I'm all about Red Bull! (yeah yeah, I just got done talking about how cool the guy from Rockstar is.. I just prefer Red Bull's taste, sue me.. ) They just came out with a 12oz can too, so that's sweet(costs about a buck a can more though.. Booo!!!) As for the booze, Jag bombs and Sparks baby!!!

over here in uk we have 500ml cans of Relentless energy drink which is made by Coke. works better that red bull because of the extra volume and you don't half know you've had one afterwards! coupled witha a cup(s) of green tea and something bready you'd be unstopable.
