Anyone use heatmaps?

I was just wondering if anyone here has used any of the heatmap services on their site? Seems like it would be very helpful.

For example... www.crazyegg.com , www.clickdensity.com etc

I tried out the one from clickdensity.com before. It was ok nothing that really impressed me that I couldn't get from analytics just a little cooler looking.

I haven't really used analytics all that much so I wasn't aware that it has similar functionality. Minus the actually heatmap overlay. Guess I will have to dive deeper into analytics.

yeah they have the site overlay that shows the little bars on your page's links so you can see which ones get clicked more. i also use the content drill down to see where my visitors are going and on the first page that shows your traffic stats on the lower right side it shows you the top visited pages so you can get and idea of what people are mostly looking for on your site.
