I posted a thread a while ago posting that i was looking for oldskool glitters like elmo, barney, power rangers and stuff.......Well no one ever made any so I made my own. What do u all think?

IMO think the fill is too much.

yeah I think the fill is overpowering. you could use the same fill but change the alpha transparency to 50%. That would make it look much softer.

its not just about the fill you use its how you use it, no matter what fill you use i you cover the whole image with it its going to look like they are standing in a snow storm.
