How can I make the image smaller?:?

Well, if you post the image I'm sure someone will be happy to resize it for you.

Or to do it yourself, upload it at ImageShack.us and check the option to resize. It will provide you with the resized image automatically. :)

I'm guessing you use Windows? Download a simple image handling program like Irfan View or Picasa, and you can resize, crop, and rotate until the cows come home.

If your gonna get an image program I think you might aswell get a full on one :) That way you can learn and may find yourself a talent!

But yeah a image program will be easy to do the things you need.
