That's really cute, i like how its simple but also has a nice design.

The only c/c I have is that the menu link colour is a little light against the light grey background, if it were me I'd probably make that darker so the contrast between the two is easier on the eyes.

But that's probably just my light-sensitive eyes LOL.

Well it's not "set" for different screen resolutions, it just looks bad in smaller ones I guess lol...

I really love the banner style and css ,its lovely :)

It looks really nice Melissa :) I like the background... my suggestion would be to lose the scribble on the blue bit at the very top... it'd make everything look a lot cleaner since there's scribbles all around it... also maybe put a very light grey behind your top navigation.. it blends into the content area a bit too much.. :)
