Turnkey Website for sale

Hi, I am selling Luvgoo.com, a Pr 3. I just sold 4 six month links so if you bought the site those links will have to be left there for 6 months. It made $34.80 in adsense last month and so far this month $23.53. Adversal I have only had on for 10 days it is at $9.37 which is roughly $30/month. CPX is around $25 a month. Advertising 6 spots * 20 dollars divided by 6 = $20/month extra. Total revenue is $110/month

Traffic is around 400-700/day proof is at the bottom of page. There's around 4000-10000 page views

Can we get some adsense screenshots and some cpx interactive screenshots? I just wanted to let you know that it is a major turn off for a buyer when the seller of a website sells links and then sell their site right after they do so. :/
