Hi, I'm selling my site layoutflux.com. I'm developing a couple of other sites that I need to focus on but will still be here on the forums working with my daughter on nimzi.com!

I'm open to offers but would like a fair price. I've worked really hard on this site for four months.

I've just listed the auction at SP. The sale include a bonus prize!! The winner will get www.dizz-ee.com, a community photosharing site that has great potential. Running on phpizabi, it's needs promotion and development but could be a great site to have :)

That site is worth a heck of a lot more than the BIN. This is one of those rare cases where "current revenue" is not a reliable indicator of actual value.

If I could swing the $5k I'd have already sent it, and I'd feel guilty for snapping it at that price.

Omg, I haven't been able to check in all day but got to say I'm kinda shocked at what my thread has turned into!! I hope there is a mod on that can clean this up asap :(
