My first suggestion is get a new host then. It is impossible to build traffic if the site is constantly down.

My first thoughts:

1. The background doesn't match the layout.
2. The Gray block in the background at the very top is ugly and annoying.
3. The colors of the layout seem very random.
4. The two header titles (Revamped layout and christmas style content! & Date for the blog) are taking up too much room you only need one =/

here's my optinion, the site seems too compact, link tabs are not alight with table.

also it takes a while to load, may be slow host because you have alot of graphics

I like the header. I think the background stripes should start at the top of the page & not have that grey strip. I don't really like the grey where your main content goes either. But good job! :)

Anyway, dont like the grey, dont like the BG, the navs okay, the contents good.
Firstly, I was anything BUT annoyed or upset by the review(s)

I was just repsonding by telling her what I would change and what I wouldn't and reasons for it as I don't want my reviewers to think I am just ignoring their advice on purpose. Did I swear/use capital letters, excessive exclamation marks? No since I am not even 1% mad, why would I be? lol

And yeah you mentioned about my bg and grey bit before and I love the background soo much but I don't like the grey bit and I can't remove it since the container borders stick out at the top if I make the grey bg on the header into transparent..

I'm with everyone else on the grey thing.. I'm sure there's a way to get rid of it if you ask around.. it just takes so much away from the layout :(

I like the top navigation button thingys but I think it'd look better if it streched to fit the layout width so there isn't those 2 empty grey bits on either end...
Also I don't know if it's just my screen but the green you've used on some of the buttons and for the navigation rollovers is definately not the best shade of green I've ever seen :P I think it'd look better if you changed the menu rollovers to white instead of the green, so the white will match the white stripes in the background which don't seem to be matching anything...

With your menu, maybe put the "Myspace Stuff" and "Myspace Tweaks" next to each other, without "Cartoon Dolls" in between... so it's more categorised.

Your content is really nice :) I like your glitters, just the background on the textarea is sooo contrasty and bright my attention is taken to the them instead of the actual glitters :P

I am only able to have 1 container for the whole layout. Some html experts may be able to suggest ways of putting in 2 possibly but I wouldn't wanna do that coz I might mess up/confuse myself on the newer coding...

Honestly and personally:
I don't like the layout. The big black brush on the left really does not go and it ruins it. The grey bit is off, ( i know you can't fix it though). Your main nav colours are off and this green colour is random and doesnt go:

and they don't really do much. They could be hyperlinks though to your glitters page and greaphics page.

I don't really like the grey stripe in the bg or the big black heart on the header.

Not keen on your layout...the colours, the brushes, the background, the CSS, nothing to be honest. That sounds really harsh, but it just looks so...MESSY.

The two boxes at the top of every page look out of place. If you added around 3, with all three widths adding up to your main div width, it would look neater. And what's the point of having "domain-related" navigation below the header, if it's in your first menu also? :/

I removed the grey stripe but the pattern doesn't go well yet. Still working on that and I will change the top menu (links right underneath the header in little boxes) i will change the colours there to match the layout.
Yeah I asked someone to do 3 for me but their psp/animation shop crashed and they couldn't finish all 3 so I only put up 2 for now and then I realized that they were too big and 3 wouldn't fit there anyway... I need to make 3 new, smaller ones and link them to the appropriate pages :)
