good camera :) if u could save up the money u should go right for the 20D or 30D. Alot more features, for a couple hundred more :( but still xti- great SLR. good luck :)

it sounds amazing!
like our old system had 5 speakers, and a sub.
this one has 2 and a sub, and it does what the old one did and more.
its worth the investment!
i was at an outlet mall, and the salesmen let me listen to the ipod with the headphones, they sound fantastic. the bass is amazing.
they are like $110 but are worth it in my mind if you have the funds.

it was deff. a downgrade from the D50 even despite the raise in pixels. but for the price you can barley tell a quality difference. I used my friends and none of my nikon lenses would work on it though. Even though both were a mount fixture. :( The guy at the camera store said that if i planned on getting it for my friend (it was a gift) Then she would not be able to use any old lenses. Just something with the way it was made. But if your looking for a lower end SLR it still takes beautiful photos :)

Man all that talking about moving has me agreeing wholeheartedly.

I have moved so many times in the past 8 years, and I'm making a BIG move again from Columbus OH to Long Island NY on Thursday, AND I'm bound to move again within possibly three months.

I'm seriously tempted to get there and immediately start shopping for apartments, and maybe move in a week or so :balloon: That would save me the worst part ..... all that unpacking and repacking :gun_bandana:

depends on your level. if you are some pro photographer, obviously you wouldn't settle for this camera. if you just want to take some good pics, and **** around with a dslr then this is a great choice for the price.

Trouble is anything anything that each of us want for less than $50 we normally just buy anyway so this is a more of a test of being creative and imaginative. I will be interested to see what I get.
