Yep it sure will. You cant run any other content type ads along with Google cause if you do they will shut you down like yesterday and take all the money you would have earned in the process.

Yes, you can actually run other content ads as long as they aren't the exact same type. So you can't run YPN or bidverstiser. However, you can run inline content ads from companies like Kontera and IntelliTXT alongside adsense.
