What webhost are you using? Most have this feature as one you can activate. Mailing lists are part of most webhosting packages.

Not exactly "newsletter" software but great for collecting, managing and mailing your list and building your list, I use http://www.aweber.com/. I don't use it nearly to it's full potential but a lot of people suggest it who do. Downside is it is like $19 or so a month but you can set it up to auto email at specific times or to specific people, make it auto respond and all that usual stuff. I hear it is pretty powerful but I just use it for the basics.
I use it combined with a contact form script I got a while back on my myspace site and it is kind of a cool combination. Makes it easy for users to contact, join the newsletter, forward a page onto friends or just leave anonomous feedback. It can be plugged into awebber so anyone that joins your mailing list can be organized with awebber and such too. Works pretty well together...at least as far as I can tell lol.

search Google for "html newsletter software" there are a ton. Be careful that you have a real list of opt-in users, luckily some hosts have strong guidelines about sending unsolicited emails.

Thanks Everyone for your input. I have an online store for beauty products. We have a newsletter program that is built in with our software that we use for our store. It just limits how many newsletters you can send out. I am subscribed to all these newsletters from our competitors sites and they send tons of news letters, new product features etc. I have done some google searches, but was just wondering if anyone ever had any good experiences with any.
Thanks.
