12 months of eye operations and now facing too many medical bills I am forced to sell off my MSLS license & site

I spent a lot on original Layouts and promoted the site on Myspace profiles when I was heavily into Myspace promotions but due to all the eye problems I've had the site has been neglected and so visitors and revenue has dropped off.

I'm not trying to make a profit just hoping to recoupe some of what I've spent on this to help pay some bills.

I figure I've spent around $350 setting this site up.

Site has .approx. 550 layouts in 32 categories. I also have another 240 layouts that I never got around to uploading.
In the right hands this site could be earning money again, I just don't have the time or energy needed to put into it.

The domain name is registered with Ipower and due for renewal in Feb 2008

This site is not being offered anywhere else yet as I figured you guy's know the value of Greg's scripts so I prefer to sell it here rather than have to explain the benefits of the script to strangers.

As an added incentive to buyers I will continue to host the site for 3 months from date of purchase which will give you plenty of time to move the site to your own server.

This sale is subject to agreement from Greg to transfer ownership of the license.

Yes it's very easy to load layouts into this script and provide them with descriptions to help with SEO.
