As a lot of you know I do a lot of work with my scripts, and custom jobs, this consumes most of my time.
I no longer have an interest in owning myspace resource sites so I am wanting to sell this one off in order to make some of the money back that I spent in content.

monthly rev: approx $60 +/-
UV daily: 300
Pagerank: PR2
Alexa: 309,408
Advertising: None to speak of
Layouts: 750 + "all I would consider high quality purchased from msp members"
It's important for me to note aside from my time, and scripts, I have around 1k in content on this website.
The site is powered by a highly customized version of EasyLayoutCMS, the profile converter, and the graphics script.
I just don't have the time, or desire to even attempt to promote this site :)
Your pretty much buying content here, because the traffic and rev isn't what I'd consider good, due to poor promotion on my part :)
