I'm in need of money desperately.

I'm getting rid of my site basketball-layouts.com .

All coding of the site was custom made by myself.

The site in question is www.basketball-layouts.com . It has a keyword rich domain as the targeted keywords are in the domain. I have never promoted the site and all traffic (which is minimal) is organic.

Income is via AdSense (this month $72.08 so far - pretty good click payout) and ValueClick (maybe $10 this month).

Screenshots will be provided to serious buyers.

Site has been averaging about 100 - 150 uniques a day (as I said no promotion, link exchanges or anything has been done for the site other than a few thousand (about 2k) weight from DP for a few keywords). Almost all traffic is from SEs and MySpace itself.

I'm trying to get the most I possibly can for this site. I know it would be a steal for someone who can redirect traffic to it, but i'm in desperate need for money right now.

Winner will receive all content (files, graphics, etc...) of the site, which are all custom, over $300 worth in unique custom layouts, plus the custom script made by me.
