I own a file host and am looking for companies or web owners that would like to relive some of the bandwidth by uploading their files or images to my file host. For this I could either pay you by the number of downloads that you bring me or give you a hardlink on my site. It is a PR4 with 10-15 inner pages between PR 3-4.
