More videos here (http://www.netenfo.com/caught_on_tape.htm).

I personally think he was a bit too dramatic which is why he got tazered. But John Kerry was answering his question so I don't see why his mic was taken away/arrested.

This reminds me of the video Greg posted about the skaters.

WoW.....that is some messed up stuff. That's what you get though for thinking you actually have freedom of speech. Shame on him. This isn't a free country anymore didn't he know that? Bet he does now.

I just want to add that I give props to that student because he brought up some good points that I'd like to ask kerry too.

If you watch the other videos you can tell he's a bit crazy. He was telling people to take note of him because he was going to get killed. xD

LOL He isn't too far off cause they tazzered his *** while pinning him to the ground. Basically they just wanted him to shut up cause he was saying the truth.

OMG that's crazy- No excuse, as hard as it is to answer tough questions- It IS freedom of speech. I like Kerry but come ON, that was outrageous. If I was that kid, I would definitely pursue that one! He wasn't getting physical...from what I saw he ASKED a question.

HMPH. Lol @ NYCborn...

Just a little sarcasm there :)

Media will have a field day with this one. Did you see that cops face when they had him on the ground. He was like smiling as they tasered him.. So foul I have to laugh he was grinning so hard like he was getting pleasure out of it.

everyone should have been tazered for attending a kerry speaking engagement.

Freedom of speech doesnt stand in certain situations, and there was reason to believe he could have started a riot, since he was trying to stir up the crowd. Plus with Kerry being a political figure head, security is only going to be heightened. The kid had very good questions, but he couldnt maintain his composure and got too excited, so they were never answered.

its all over the news right now, im watching it.
but yeah, it seems the cops were out of line to do that, even if the kid was a bit "loony". and way over dramatic...

the kid needed to be kicked out he was a attention seeker looking for trouble, you can see on this kids website he is into like jackass style **** it was probly set up for him to get into some **** whilst kerry was speaking but I dont think the tazer was part of his plan...he went over board with his questions but, tazer was over kill hehehe...

wow. however, they were just questions/comments. kerry repeatedly said "let me answer his question"

that's where they were out of line. however, once you are asked to leave by police officers, whether you think you did nothing wrong, and you start resisting.....that's it.

yeah. totally out of line but best thing to do is just walk out like the police say, cuz what are they going to do when you start yelling at them and resisting..."oh you're right man, here we'll let ya go" so yeah. things are crazy these days.

I feel bad for this kid.
No doubt he may have been loud and disruptive, but come on now, he had his hands in the air (didnt seem to be hurting anyone) and he was screaming "help me!"
I think they went over board with the tazer. They first said they were gonna tazer him, so ofcourse he yells "no dont tazer me man", being loud again, and they do!
That is nuts. I feel so bad for his parent(s) And why did the police just go up and attempt to arrest him? Kerry said "wait let me answer his questions."
That is nuts.

Oh God... I've been tazered before (for training purposes that is!). It hurts yea...., but I didn't scream like that! \= I think he was being a little over dramatic, still, that was no reason for the cops to do it. :(

Hey, there was an NRA meeting and some woman there stood up and asked something and got escorted out of the room, all the while people shouting "TAZE HER! TAZE HER!!!"

Shortly after this happened

LOL. I kinda feel like Kerry was on the other team. My girl used to tell me that she won't vote for Bush but Kerry was so ugly she had a hard time voting for him too.
