Referrals on usercp?

How did you guys implement the "referrals" code in usercp?

There's a referrals mod for vBulletin. It's just about knowing the templating system for vB and implementing it there.

This vBulletin install is so far from stock I wouldn't know where to start with what mods I have directly installed and what mods I've patched together. My advice is to search vbulletin.org.

Its a built in feature on the bulletin board.
