I'm clearing a server of mine and getting rid of sites that I don't work on. I have not touched this site in at least a year.
The site was professionally designed, coded, and programmed. It is programmed in PHP/MySQL. The script and design completely custom/unique.
At one point, I put a decent amount of money into the website. I spent a few hundred bucks a month advertising it and another few hundred on custom content. I hired a programmer to create a map system (http://www.toxt.com/maps/) which I never had the chance to publicize. For whatever reason, the script is now broken. I suspect it's because I upgraded to a newer version of PHP. Regardless, assume the script does not work.
There are over 5,000 registered members.
All icons and logos are unique.

At one point, those were small sites that I built off the TOXT backbone. When I moved to a new server, I never restored the backups. I'll send you the backups in case you decide to work on them.
Keep in mind, I will provide very limited support. I'm not a programmer. If you find an error, I can't help you. However, I have not run into any problems.
This auction is short. I want this site gone so I can cancel this dedicated server. Feel free to make a BIN offer via PM. I want this site gone ASAP.
Edit: Forgot to mention, the sale includes the forum skin I had designed for it.

Revenue Details:
The site at one point (more than a year ago) brought in a few grand a month. If you're familiar with the MySpace website craze, you will remember the YPN craze.
At this point, I've made no real attempt at monetizing it other than leaving CPM ads up. It brings in no more than $20 a month. Not sure why at this point the VCM ads are not showing up. Again, I never look at this site.
