yeah I know people who got in early and had YPN, now have houses and garages filled with beemers and what not so obviously they got into the market at the right stage of the "product life cycle" so to say and made the most money when the market was prime and the competition levels were not as harsh.

it wouldn't surprise me if freecodesource and pimpymyprofile are getting 2-3 million a year.

the problem is the market is so flooded...if you think about it...most sites/companies getting 150,000-250,000 uniques a day could sell for 10-15 million or even higher without a problem...but a resource site would never be worth that much they are way too disposable...so i look at resource sites to be quick money rather than long term investments..i rather put all my time and effort towards a long term investment.

like someone said earlier in this thread...where are these sites going to be in a couple years?

That is definitely interesting news. His traffic really stopped growing and they tried to revive the site through layout changes and frequent content updates but it didnt really seem to help. The people I know who used to go to that site all go to youtube or livevideo nowadays.

The reason why Whateverlife makes 'only' 70k per month is because she has only 2-3 ads max. While if she placed popups and had direct sales, then gosh I don't want to think about how much she could make per month.

It's easy to get women, but if you could flaunt 70k a month and whatever you'd have, cars etc, I'm sure I could get alot more than I do now, and most probably hot gold diggers. Plus you wouldn't have to do the chase, they'd come to you.

Look at some of their HUGE CPC campaigns which have been running 2 years +

A lot of other sites in this niche don't really even spend much on advertising its quite easy to see they just rely in direct traffic and other sources.
